Cashier: Dashboard

The Cashier panel allows for the viewing of all transactions completed by the Cashier. The Cashier is not able to edit or delete any records from the service. All refunds are processed by the store manager.

The main dashboard displays Today's Current Balance and the Total Transactions made to date.

The Cashier is also able to start their shift by choosing Start Shift. This will enable their Cashier account to begin generating QR Codes for payments

Cashier: View Transactions

The Transaction option on the Cashier panel displays the options:

Overview - General Overview of the Cashier's sales
Transactions - Detailed listing of all of the Cashier's Transactions
Notifications - System Notifications
Logs - Access Activty Logs
Profile - Profile Management

The payment status is also displayed for all transactions made by the Cashier.

Data can be filtered by Date Range and Status and available for export via xls or pdf.

Cashier: Shifts and Transactions

The Shift option on the Cashier panel allows the Cashier to view all of their transactions conducted during their shifts. To view transactions from a Cashier's shift, choose Shifts then select the Action icon of the record. Choose View Transanactions

A list of all transactions conducted during the Cashier's shift is displayed. To view any record in detail choose the ">" icon at the end of the record.
