DOSS - Distribution of Support Services

The Super Admin Dashboard displays high level data and control over the system. The Super Admin role, facilitates the original disbursement to institutions etc., which acts as the funding source for distribution to users.
After the Superadmin has disbursed funds to the respective institutions, the assigned signatories can then distribute the funds to its recipients.
Super Admin Dashboard components
Menu section: Menu options for the system control
Distribution Programmes: The number of programmes funded
Total Beneficiaries: The number or funding recipients to date
Total Merchants: The number of Merchants orerating on the network
Transactions Overview: A data table for monthly totals on Total Beneficiaries, Total Distribution Transactions and the Total Transaction Value
Total Distributions and its Total Value: The amount of distributions to date and the Total Value.
Today's Distributions and the value of Today's Value: Today's distributions its Value.
Menu Options: Users

The Users Menu options allows the control, management and role assignments for all users of the platform.
Users: User management for users of the service for all roles: Default User, Cashier, Merchant, Agency, DoSS Admins, Inspectors.
To add a new user, choose Add New and provide the user details, assign the user a role.
To edit an existing user or to deactivate a user, choose the Actions icon from the Actions column.
Menu Options: Admins
Super Admin is able to create other Super Admin accounts for the system. Choose Admins, then choose Add User.
To edit an existing record, choose the Actions icon on the Actions column

Provide the new Super Admin details and choose Add

Menu Options: User Groups

User Groups allows the admin to create groups to assign users to, for group disbrusement. For example, creating a group of Olympic Athletes to receive monthly support.
To create a new group choose Add Group, then provide a Group Name and the country. Then add users by typing the names of the users and choosing the users via prompt.

Then choose Create Group
Menu Options: Alerts
Super Admin is able to send alerts to any user or group of users on the system. The user(s) receive targeted in-app notifications directly to their account.

To create an Alert, select the users that you would like to send Alerts to, then choose Add Alert.
Provide the Alert Title and the Alert Message, then choose Create

After creating the Alert, the Alert will need to be finalized before it is submitted. This acts as a validation before the message is distributed.
To finalize the Alert, choose the Action icon for the Alert, then choose Finalize and Confirm. The message will then be disbursed.


Menu Options: DoSS Institutions

Super Admin can create a DoSS Institution. This account becomes the Super Admin account of the institution and can assign Signatories (Inspectors) for the disburesal and management of any funds.
To create an Institution, choose Add Doss then provide the Super Admin information for that institution.

Choose Submit to create the account.
To Add Funds to a DoSS Institution, Choose the Action icon, then select the Add Funds option. Once submitted, these funds will be available for distribution by the DoSS Institution Admins the funds were disbursed to.

Menu Options: Merchants
Super Admin has control over onboarding all Merchants on the network. Each Merchant account cteaed provides the Merchant with their own management panels whihc include sales and cashier management.
This process creates the main admin account for the Merchant. Choose Add Merchant

Provived the Merchant Admin account info

Then choose Sumbit to create the account
Menu Options: Transactions

Super Admin has the ability to view all transactions throughout the platform. From distributions, to transactions at merchant locations, all data is available to the Super Admin via the Transactions option.
Use the Filter option to find data by Date, Type, User Type, Currency, Min and Max Amounts, Status and User.

All Transactions data are available for export via XLS orPDF.
To view a record, choose the Actions Icon then choose View.
Status defined:
Success = The transaction was successful
Refunded = The transaction was refunded
Timed Out = The QR Code offered for payment has expired after not being scanned within 60 seconds.
Rejected = The User has cancelled the transaction or has cancelled the payment due to insufficient funds.
Menu Options: Withdrawals
Super Admin has the ability to view all withdrawals made on the system. These withdrawals represents settlement with the Merchants on the network for the balances due from their transactions on the system.
Each DoSS Institution is responsible for settlement with the Merchant on the network, for any transactions made at their stores.
To Filter the data via Select Date Range, Currency, Status, Payment Methods and Users, choose Filter.

To view a record in detail, choose the Action icon and then select View

Menu Options: Merchant Payments
Super Admin has the ability to view all transactions made on the system. These transactions represent payments made at Merchants on the network.

Status defined:
Success = The transaction was successful
Refunded = The transaction was refunded
Timed Out = The QR Code offered for payment has expired after not being scanned within 60 seconds.
Rejected = The User has cancelled the transaction or has cancelled the payment due to insufficient funds.
To Filter the data via Select Date Range, Currency, Status, Payment Methods and Users, choose Filter.
Super Admin can view any record in detail by first Choosing the Action icon and then choosing View.

Menu Options: Distribution Programmes
Super Admin is able to view any distribution to users on the system. All distributions require a multi-signatory process in order to disburse funds with a minimum of 2 signatories (Fund Managers).
All disbursements are recorded, showing the value distributed, and the Fund Managers that signed-off on the payment.The details of the transaction, including its recipients, are available via the Actions icon and then choosing the View option

Both Fund Managers are required to approve a disbursement. This table shows the status of the disbursement and its details.
To Filter the data via Date Range, and Doss Institution, choose Filter.
All access activity on the Super Admin panels are recorded by User Info, IP Address and Browswer and Platform.

Use the Filter to search by Date Range and Name.
Super Admin is able to manage and control the FAQs and FAQ Categories displayed on the mobile application.
To create an FAQ item, choose Add FAQ

Provide a Question, a Category and an Answer then choose Submit

To add FAQ Categories, Choose Add Categories

Provide a name for the new Category, then choose Submit
