Institution Admin
The Institution Admin dashboard allows for the control and distribution of funds recived from Super Admin. The Institution Admin is able to create disbursements for users, or groups of users.
When a disbursement is created, the Signatories (Fund Managers) must both approve the disbursement, before it can be sent to its recipients.
Menu Options: Dashboard
The Dashboard displays the Current Balance of funds available for disbursal, Total Transactions to date, Total Invoices.
The tabs display:
Overview - A overview of all transactions
Transactions - A list of all transactions made by recipients of disbursements
Notifications - System Notificiations List
Logs - Access Acitvy Logs including User, IP and Browser and Platform details

Institution Admin is able to create groups for disbursements. For example, an Olympic Group for disbursements to national athletes. This allows for group disbursements to all beneficiaries within the group.
To create a User Group, choose Add User Group

Provide the Group Name, then Attach Users to the group by entering their names and selecting the users via prompt.

Institution Admin: Distribute to Users
Institution Admin is able to distribute funds to any user registered on the platform. This can be done by choosing Distribute to Individuals, then choosing the user to distribute to by selecting the checkbox, then choose the Distribute button which appears after you have selected the benificiaries to distribute to.

Enter the amount to be disbursed and choose Next

Complete the disbursal by choosing Confirm

Both Fund Managers will have to approve the distribution before the funds can be disbursed.
Institution Admin: Distribute to Groups
Institution Admin is able to distribute funds to any group of registered users on the platform. This can be done by choosing Distribute to Groups then choosing the group to distribute to by selecting the checkbox, then choose the Distribute button which appears after you have selected the group to distribute to.

Enter the amount to be distributed to the group, then choose Next

Confirm the disbursement by choose Submit. The funds will be avilable for the Funds Managers to approve the distribution.

Institution Admin: Distribute with Batch File (xls)
Institution Admin is able to make disursement via a batch uplload of the recipients (xls). The beneficiaries listed on the batch file, will receive their disbursements after the Fund Managers have approved the disbursal.
To make a Distribution by Excel first view the sample file by choosing Download Sample File, then format the information to be uploaded, in the current format of the sample file.
Select Choose File, attach the file to be used then choose Upload.

Once the distribution is approved by the Fund Managers, the Approved Funds list will be propulated. If the funds have not yet been approved, they will be listed in the Pending Funds.
Institution Admin: Distribution History
Institution Admin is able to see the current status for all disbursements issued. Both Fund Managers have to approve each disbursement individually.

The Fund Manager columns shows the current status for each Fund Manager in the approval process.
Choose Detail to view further details about the transaction.
Use the Advanced Search to Filter by Date Range, Min and Max Amounts and Users.
Institution Admin: Transactions
Institution Admin has the ability to view all transactions executed with the disbursements to beneficiaries. From distributions, to transactions at merchant locations, all data is available via the Transactions option.

Use the Filter option to filter by Date and Status
Institution Admin: Fund Managers
Institution Admin has the ability to create and manage Fund Managers. The role of the Fund Managers are to approve the disbursements.
To create a Fund Manager, choose Add Fund Manager

Provide the details for the Fund Manager then choose Create Inspector

Institution Admin: Alerts
Instituion Admin is able to create Alerts and distribute directly to users, areas, or groups of users.
Choose Add Alert, then provide the Title and Message. Choose Create to complete the Alert.

To publish the Alert, choose the Action icon, then select Finalize
