Fund Manager: Dashboard
The Fund Manager role is exclusively to aprrove disbursements to beneficiaries. There must be a minimum of 2 Fund Managers in order to appove a disbursement.
The Dashboad data panels displays:
Total Transactions - The total number of transactions (approvals)
Pending Transactions - The number to transactions (approvals) awaiting approval.
Approved Transactions - The number of approved transactions (approvals)

The Other Links section contains the following options:
Overview - An overview of all approvals.
Notifications - Notifications and Alerts
Logs - Access Activity logs including User, IP and Broswer and Platform data
Profile - The Fund Manager account's Profile management
Authentication - The Google Authenticator QR Code to link a mobile device to the account.
Fund Manager: Authentication
To make an approval as a Fund Manager, the Fund Manager is required to download the Google Authenicator app then use the authenticator app to scan the QR Code displayed on the Authentication tab.
Open the Google Authenticator, then scan this QR Code with the Authenticator

After pairing the Google Authenticator app, the Fund Manager is now able to use the OTP codes generated by the Google Authenticator, to apply when approving disburesements.
To approve a disbursement, choose the Action Icon on the record to be disbursed, then select Approve.

The Fund Manager is then asked to enter the approval code. This code is available from the Google Authenticator that was paired with the account.
Open the Google Authenticator, and enter the code provided, then choose Approve.

The disbursement has now been approved by the Fund Manager and awaits the approval from the other Fund Manager.
To view the details of a previous approval, choose the Action icon of the record, then select Details.
To Reject a disbursal, choose the Action icon of the record, then select Reject.
Fund Manager: Distributed Transactions
The Fund Manager has the ability to approve or reject any disbursal request. The Distributed Transactions list shows all transactions and their status of Pending, Approved or Rejected.
Distributed Transactions allows the Fund Manager to view the current status and history for all requests.
To view the details of any transaction, choose the Action icon, then select Details.
